Sirius B Puppy Star

One of the wonders of the night sky, Sirius, better known as the blue star, or Dog Star shines brightly in the southern sky. Beginning in August the star begins rising in the east before sunrise and rises earlier each  night until eventually, it rises just after sunset.

This star has had an extreme importance in the history of man, the ancient Egyptians charted it’s rising to determine when the yearly August floods would return to the Nile River Valley. As such an important event  that it was they marked the beginning of their calendar year with the rising of Sirius.

Even today  our New Year’s Celebration coincides with the time when Sirius reaches the midpoint in the night time sky at midnight. At this point with Sirius directly over head , the energies of Sirius  most directly can exert their influence  towards us.Thus without knowing the reason why, we have jumped for joy for centuries at this moment in time.

However there is another star that plays perhaps an even more important role in our lives. It is Sirius B , and even though the ancient Egyptians and the Dogon tribe in western Africa knew of it’s existence thousands of years ago, it wasn’t until just a few years ago, with the invention of more powerful telescopes that modern man was able to  discover it.

Sirius B rotates around Sirius and spins rapidly, thus creating an extreme force of gravity. This little known star is the star system that the Dogon tribe believe civilization on earth originated.

According to their legends, beings came from this star system and others to  populate earth, returning again and again to assist and teach the new inhabitants of earth  the laws of nature and Nature’s God. As the pyramids of Giza as well as the many stone edifices around the  world contain  symbols and signs  relating to the laws of nature and alignment of the stars, many as well believe the celestial visitors had a hand in the building of the pyramids and other monoliths.

There is no doubt we on earth have been visited many times in the past by extraterrestrials and will be so in the future. Who knows the Dogon may be right, they had to have gained knowledge of Sirius B from somewhere, they had no telescopes that we know of and the star is too small to be seen with the naked eye.
