During one of the sessions, I encountered the "Inner Earth" People.
They are people living in the caverns of the earth, one of which cavern is situated under Sedona.
It is in the second dimension, so at present time we are unable to see them, as we are living in the third dimension.

They come from a time in the past, they are from a more primitive time when men hunted mastodons and fished for their food.
The mastodons are present as well, there is a village on the banks of a small river where the people all live and congregate for food and recreation.

There are remnants of this civilization still seen in Sedona on  a visible level, as many of the ancient creatures resting place is still preserved in the red rocks.

These different dimensions are like a radio, as we turn the station selector on  a radio, we tune into different stations. As we turn our "mental" selector,we can also tune into different dimensions and times.

The past and future dimensions that we think and talk of are here now , but in a different time frame.
